You bring the cake. We bring the mess, the materials, and someone to manage all of it — so you get to be a guest at your own kid's party.
What’s Included

The studio, ready for you.
Our indoor space is prepped before you arrive and cleaned up after you leave. You never touch a paintbrush or a broom
Two art projects of your choosing.
A primary and a secondary project, picked by you in advance. All materials provided, no experience needed.
A sensory, a paint, and a play-dough station. Open the whole time — for kids who need a break from the table, and for the ones who want to keep going.
Your Party Manager.
They set up, run the activity, keep the schedule moving, make sure you get a family photo, and handle the cleanup.
A birthday banner and a gift for the guest of honor.
When? Sundays at 11:00am or 2:00pm

Where? The Light + Love Arts Studio in the River Arts District: 408 Depot Street #140, Asheville
$385: includes 8–10 children, ($20 for each additional child) 90 minutes: one hour of artmaking, 30 minutes for cake and singing! Parents of guest children attend with them! Drop-off arrangements may be made for parties ages 9+

FAQs
What do I bring?

Cake, snacks, and drinks. Balloons if you wish! That's it. Servingware is available as an add-on. Please note we are a nut-free studio.
Where does everyone eat?

We use a separate area of the studio for cake and singing Happy Birthday, once the artmaking is done. There is also a table area to store gifts that are brought.
What should guests wear?

Party-ready play clothes! All glue and paint provided are generally washable.
Can siblings and other adults come?

Each child guest may bring 1-2 adults. Please include all children (including birthday kiddo) in your guest count — siblings under 1 excepted. Final numbers are due 7 days before the party. Grandparents of Birthday Kiddo also welcome to attend!
How do I reserve my date?

A $200 deposit locks it in and comes off your total.
