If you're hoping for a birthday that's joyful, imaginative, and genuinely memorable — and that doesn't leave you scrubbing paint off a folding table at 9pm — we'd love to host you.

Our birthday parties are built for kids who want to make, explore, and play. And they're built for caregivers who'd like to actually be present at their own child's party.

You bring the cake. We handle everything else.

What a party here looks like

Ninety minutes: one hour of artmaking, then thirty minutes for cake, candles, and Happy Birthday.

Your guests enjoy two art projects you pick in advance — things like clay collages, tie-dye bags, or tiny imaginary gardens built for unicorns and dinosaurs. A sensory station and a play-dough station, paint and more stay open the whole time, so kids who need to move, or who want to keep going, always have somewhere to be.

Every child takes home something they made. Not a kit they assembled — something that came out of their own hands and looks like nobody else's.

Why process art works for birthdays

There's no sample to copy and nothing to be good at. That matters more at a birthday party than anywhere else, because a birthday party is full of kids with wildly different comfort levels — some who draw constantly, some who don’t choose art, some who might be a bit slow to warm up.

Open-ended materials meet all of them where they are. Kids make choices, follow their own ideas, and take real pride in what comes out.

Your Party Manager, Lindsay, who sets up, runs every activity, keeps things on schedule, and cleans it all up
Two art projects of your choosing, with all materials

A birthday banner and a gift for the guest of honor
The studio, prepped before you arrive and handled after you leave

Add-ons available: eco-friendly servingware, a photo album from the day, and fully custom themes.

$385, includes 8–10 children ($20 for each additional child) 90 minutes, Sundays at 11:00am or 2:00pm Ages 2-13!

Located at our beautiful Studio in Asheville's River Arts District with plenty of parking for guests!

We are a nut-free studio.
